If I'm not restricted to Booker winners, I would say <a href="http://12frogs.com/reading/reviews/2003/01/the-miracle-life-of-edgar-mint/" rel="nofollow">The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint</a> by Brady Udall -- that, I loved. Turns out I don’t read that many prize winners: before Life of Pi I’d have to go back to 1997 and Arundhati Roy’s The God of Small Things, which I did like.

If I’m not restricted to Booker winners, I would say The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint by Brady Udall — that, I loved.
