		<description>Turns out I don&#039;t read that many prize winners: before Life of Pi I&#039;d have to go back to 1997 and Arundhati Roy&#039;s The God of Small Things, which I did like. 

If I&#039;m not restricted to Booker winners, I would say &lt;a href=&quot;http://12frogs.com/reading/reviews/2003/01/the-miracle-life-of-edgar-mint/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint&lt;/a&gt; by Brady Udall -- that, I loved.</description>
