Yet Another Belated Blog Birthday

12frogs turned four last week, and again this year — no cake!

Clearly I need to adopt one of those new-fangled ajaxy reminder toys and set up a reminder for myself. On the other hand, I suppose forgetting your blog birthday is some kind of proof you have a real life, too.

It was a fairly busy year on the blog, which of course I broke at one point. It is apparently an upgrade ritual for me to break the blog.

When I wasn’t writing about serious issues, I took on big time topics like hamsters vs gerbils and why you shouldn’t care who Jason Kottke is. There was friday night geekery, “shady” Russian music service exploits and the joy of Thirty People and a Monkey.

Who knows what the next year will bring. The true story of sea monkeys? A seamless blog engine upgrade? Cake?
